Most of PPM’s clients are professional executors and trustees. The property may be occupied and there is a responsibility for maintaining the property.
PPM has been set up to help remove the headache of arranging different contractors, for different trades by co-ordinating all this for you in one call.
All the contractors will be local to your property. That means we are responsive, know the area well and can get on with the work when you need it.
Some of our most common services are:
Gas Safety Checks
An annual inspection of all gas appliances in a home. After the check, you’ll receive a Gas Safe certificate that lasts for a year.
Electrical installation conditioning report (EICR)
The purpose of an EICR is to determine, so far as is reasonably practicable, whether the electrical installation is in a safe condition for continued service. Upon completion you’ll receive a copy of the report. Should the report highlight remedials then we can assist with these too.
Smoke and CO alarms
It’s important to protect against fire and noxious gases. We test and fit smoke and CO alarms that help protect the property and anyone in it.
Appliance repairs
Appliances need to be kept in good working order. Our teams can repair all types of appliances to help avoid fire and flooding.
Boiler repairs
Houses need to be heated and pipes protected. If the boiler breaks down, our certified engineers will repair or replace if necessary.
Plumbing repairs
Leaks can be devastating – we will work quickly to repair any plumbing issues so the property is protected.
Pest control
Mice, rats and other species can do a lot of damage to a property, so we can help with pest control when required.
General maintenance
Keeping the property in good order is important. We’ll help by carrying out repairs, decorating, garden tidying and other general repair work.
EPCs
All properties should have an Energy Performance Certificate. We carry out surveys and prepare EPC reports for executors, solicitors or trustees.
